Our very first photo together and the weekend we met at a womens' motorcycle campout, the Dreamroll.

Three weeks later Karmen said "I love you" on Thunder Island in Cascade Locks 🤮

Since then we've done a lot of things together. Like dig a giant ass hole in the backyard.

And ride the Oregon Backcountry Discovery Route #dustymullet

And buy a cargo trailer.

Honestly, we just like doing stuff together. It's a problem.

We dress alike.

We dance together.

We model together.

Like we said. We're MAWDULS.

We make beautiful babies.

Our families even like each other.

We love each other so much it's gross.

So *finally* Karmen said "fuck it."

And proposed on Thunder Island, back where she first fell for Lauren 3 years earlier.

Karmen made Lauren a 'friendship bracelet' engagement ring. It's a not-so-inside joke.

After the proposal, we stayed at the Getaway House because we knew it would be close to where we met.

Turns out it was PRECISELY the same location and had been purchased by Getaway.

Lauren's family was so happy they threw us an Under The Sea themed engagement party 🦑
